Worked with Chad on getting a new roof. He came quickly to inspect the roof and provide a detailed and very professional quote. My clients loved the price and professionalism. Within less than 24 hours notice of accepting the estimate and the hurricane coming through, the team came out late on a Friday afternoon to put a tarp on the roof. After the job was done, Chad came back out to sweep the yard for stray nails, ensure gutters were all straight, and even went into the attic to sweep up the inevitable debris and dust that drops when replacing a roof! Have never seen that level of service and care on any roof job! I've since met a few other people in this company, and I've been impressed by not only their experience and professionalism but also their character and culture. I'm genuinely excited to refer other clients to them and will use them personally when I have the chance.

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler and his commitment to customer service! I recently had an issue with a roof rat getting into my attic, and I reached out to Tyler, only to learn that he had left Terminus and started his own company, Southern Oak. Even though Tyler was no longer with Terminus, he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He helped identify potential entry points and sealed a couple of spots on the roof at no charge. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he chose to help anyway, and that speaks volumes about his character and commitment to taking care of his customers. Throughout the entire process, Tyler was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to answer phone calls and respond to text messages, even after hours. If you're looking for someone who stands behind his work, genuinely cares about his customers, and is willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Tyler and Southern Oak. Start to Finish, getting a new roof from Southern Oak was a great experience. My primary point of contact through the process, Tyler, was in constant communication and always answered any questions or requests I had promptly. My on-site contact on the install was Matt and he was also exceptional. On the follow up visit post install, I pointed out to Tyler the new skylights (which are fantastic) had kind of a rough finish and within a week, Matt was back to trim them out. As I shop for new siding and other repairs to my aging home I noticed a common theme, most sales reps kept asking me if I needed to check with my husband. Southern Oak didn't do that. Chance has been wonderful thus far. He has been very transparent with me, given me various options, explained the process, my options for materials as well as timeliness. He presented current proof of proper commercial insurance and discussed payment options with me as well.
